| 2021 is an extremely extraordinary year and a year of reshuffle for the hotel industry.On the one hand,the economy has recovered and the tourism market has become increasingly active,driving the rapid growth of the hotel industry.On the other hand,it is the transformation of the hotel industry,the competition is constantly fierce,the operating income is generally declining,and customers are constantly putting forward new requirements for hotel services.In particular,G Hotel Lvliang,as a government reception hotel,is the window unit of the local image,and also plays a key role in promoting economic development.In the face of new development opportunities and challenges,we should assess the situation,adjust the direction,change the idea of "iron rice bowl",and take the initiative to re-study the market,so as to provide reliable experience and practice for the development of other government reception hotels.This paper first expounds the theory of development strategy.And the research literature on the development strategy of domestic and foreign hotel enterprises in recent years are combed and studied,the development strategy of foreign business hotels and conference hotels is focused on,and the relevant research on the development strategy of domestic government reception hotels are sorted out and analyzed.At the same time,the relevant theories of the enterprise development strategy are studied,and the enterprise development strategy is divided into three types:intensive,integrated and diversified strategies.Then the external and internal environment of G Hotel is analyzed,and the internal advantages,disadvantages and external opportunities and threats of the hotel are summarized.In the study,the PEST analysis method and Porter’s five force model were used to study the extreme external political,economic,social,cultural,technological and other environmental characteristics and factors of Lvliang G hotel,as well as the potential entrant threat,existing competitors,bargaining power of both parties and the threat of substitutes faced by the Hotel.The internal advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threats of the hotel were summarized.Then,the resource integration,strengthen marketing concepts,expand the market,processing of existing service items and cuisine products strategy is researched around "green" development idea,so as to continuously and firmly establish the hotel’s brand image in the industry.Finally,achieve the hotel’s development strategy is conducted form the aspects of market development,product development,market penetration and others.At the same time,the relevant guarantee measures in the implementation of the strategy of G Hotel in Lvliang is given,including the system mechanism,marketing,human resources,brand culture,financial management and so on.The research of this paper is based on the rapid development of the domestic hotel industry and the drastic changes of the internal and external environment faced by the government reception hotel.The strategic choice and implementation of the government reception hotel is analyzed from the perspective of sustainable development.The research in this paper can not only solve the development bottleneck encountered in Lvliang G Hotel,but also provide a certain reference for the development of the hotel industry. |
