Zhenong maoyang agricultural products distribution co.,LTD.,as a leading enterprise in the agricultural products distribution industry in zhejiang province,has achieved great success in recent years with its products covering many regions in the province.With the continuous emergence of fresh e-commerce and other competitors,the industry competition has been intensified.In addition,affected by force majeure and the increase of labor cost,Zhenong maoyang agricultural products distribution co.,LTD.is faced with considerable risks and challenges in its development,so it needs to formulate a new development strategy as soon as possible,so as to stand out in the future competition.This paper first makes a brief introduction to the theories related to the company's development strategy,sorts out and analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the development strategy management and the related theories related to the agricultural product distribution industry.Secondly,introduce the company's basic information and related business;In addition,it uses PEST analysis to analyze the macro environment of the company,"porter's five forces" and Boston matrix to analyze the industry environment of the company,and SWOT to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of the company,and draws the conclusion that the company should adopt the SO growth strategy.Then,according to Zhenong maoyang agricultural products distribution co.,LTD.,the mission of the vision and strategic objectives,establish the short-term and long-term development direction,development strategy planning and path,Zhenong maoyang proposed agricultural products distribution co.,LTD.shall adopt integration development and intensive development strategy,put forward relevant strategic implementation plan,put forward from adhere to the party leading,strengthening talents strategy,Implement technological innovation,expand the brand construction from four aspects the implementation of the development strategy for the company to provide security.Finally,the development strategy of Zhenong maoyang proposed agricultural products distribution co.,LTD.is summarized and forecasted,in order to provide a reference for the development of the industry.
