| Along with the increase of disposable income and the change of consumption concept,the demand of consumers for beauty,maintenance,health and cleaning products has been increasing in recent years,making the market scale of daily chemical products in China larger and larger;At the same time,more and more old and emerging daily chemical enterprises began to enter the capital market and began to embark on the path of IPO.The increasingly fierce competition in the market has prompted enterprises to choose the means of account sales of accounts receivable to help enterprises reduce inventory and improve sales ability.However,with the increasing risk of bad debts and high asset liability ratio,it is urgent to strengthen enterprise accounts receivable management,and perfect internal control of accounts receivable can scientifically control accounts receivable,Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to the construction and improvement of internal control of accounts receivable in the process of development.Company Y,the research object of this study,is a large daily chemical enterprise.In recent years,under the influence of many uncertain factors,such as increasingly fierce market competition in the oral care industry,repeated outbreaks of the new crown disease,rising costs,international political turbulence and new economic situation,in order to achieve the business goal of steady progress,it has adopted a radical credit sales model to increase the business income while increasing the balance of accounts receivable,The proportion in current assets is also rising.Through the study of Y Company,the optimization measures for internal control of accounts receivable of Y Company are proposed in order to improve the recovery rate of accounts receivable,ensure the turnover speed of funds and resource utilization efficiency of the company,and provide corresponding reference value for daily chemical enterprises with similar problems in the industry.According to the idea of "finding problems-analyzing reasons-solving problems",this paper first expounds the internal control of accounts receivable from a theoretical perspective,and explains the key risk points;Then,by combing the current operating situation of Company Y and combining the five elements of internal control,analyze its internal control status,to find out the loopholes in the whole process management of accounts receivable;Finally,combined with the actual situation of Y Company,proposed targeted optimization measures and security mechanisms.The research conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the current situation of Y Company,it is found that there are some problems in the management of accounts receivable,such as the imperfect approval process and the imperfect internal control assessment system,which are due to the lack of independent credit management departments and weak internal supervision;(2)According to the problems found and the causes,we designed optimization measures for internal control of accounts receivable,such as customer credit rating of Y Company,increasing internal control supervision and assessment,to help enterprises improve their management capabilities;(3)In order to ensure that the optimization measures can achieve the expected results,four aspects of security mechanisms have been proposed to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the company.At the same time,it will also play a corresponding reference value for daily chemical enterprises with similar problems in the industry. |
