| Supply chain financial products are an important financial product or service launched by various commercial banks.Based on the Guizhou market,MSGY Bank actively markets supply chain financial products in the local market to expand the financing channels of core enterprise suppliers.Taking MSGY Bank as the research object,STP theory was applied to analyze the regional market environment of MS Bank and lock the target market.Based on the 7Ps marketing theory and market investigation,the precise marketing of market targets was positioned,combined with in-depth interviews with MSGY Bank’s marketers and direct suppliers.The marketing strategy of supply chain financial products adapted to the local market is discussed.It also proposed strategic plans and safeguard measures for MSGY Bank to carry out the marketing of supply chain financial products,increase revenue and expand base customer base through the supply chain of core enterprises,improve service depth by focusing on the scene platform with high concentration of small and medium-sized customers,and provide efficient and convenient services with online operation as the core.By investigating the industry in the region and combining with the stock customers of MSGY Bank,the precision marketing of supply chain financial products is implemented,so as to achieve new profit growth point.In order to implement the marketing strategy smoothly,this paper focuses on the suggestions of MSGY Bank’s marketing guarantee mechanism,which mainly involves four aspects: human resource management,incentive mechanism,internal management culture and scientific and technological empowerment.The optimization strategy proposed in this study for MSGY Bank’s supply chain financial product marketing is not only conducive to MSGY Bank’s revenue growth point and basic customer base expansion,but also can provide reference suggestions for the marketing of supply chain financial business in other banks. |
