Intelligent logistics park is based on the traditional logistics park,using intelligent technology means such as the Internet of Things and big data to achieve intelligent perception,comprehensive interconnection,deep integration,resource sharing and operation coordination for facilities,equipment,goods,vehicles and personnel in the logistics park with the goal of factor data,job automation,operation visualization,service precision and intelligent management.In the new development pattern of "double cycle",the market competition is constantly evolving,and at the same time,the commercial circulation and logistics modes have also changed to different degrees.The analysis of the development environment,the development strategy of logistics more scientifically,and the choice of the characteristic management mode suitable for the logistics park are of great significance for the sustainable development of smart logistics park.Taking Niulangguan Smart Logistics Park as the research object,this paper analyzes the internal and external development environment of the smart logistics park,and then formulates and selects the optimal strategy suitable for the development of the smart logistics park.First of all,the logistics park and smart logistics park strategy related theoretical research,summed up the development process and development and construction of smart logistics park at home and abroad;Secondly,the development status and existing problems of Niulangguan Smart Logistics Park are analyzed and summarized by field investigation and questionnaire survey.Thirdly,on the basis of analyzing the development environment and demand of Niulangguan Smart Logistics Park,SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis are used to conclude that the overall development strategy of the smart logistics park is an integrated growth development strategy.Based on the expert scoring method and from the perspective of differentiation,the second level development strategy of the smart logistics park is the differentiation development war.Finally,it is concluded that the intelligent logistics park should adopt differentiated growth development strategy.And,from different angles,the paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee of the development strategy of Niulangguan Smart Logistics Park.Based on the analysis,it is concluded that Niulangguan Smart Logistics Park implements the integrated growth strategy,develops in different business segments such as multimodal transportation,warehousing logistics,urban and rural distribution,circulation processing,supply chain service and so on,and realizes the integrated growth of smart logistics,so as to become a comprehensive logistics park serving Guiyang City and radiating Guizhou Province.
