A Study On The Operating Efficiency Of Leisure Agricultural Enterprises In Jiangsu Province Based On Three-stage DEA

With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people’s income,the proportion of leisure and entertainment costs continues to expand,and more and more leisure and entertainment projects enter the market.Under this background,leisure agriculture develops rapidly and has occupied an important position in the social economy.At present,although the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province has made some achievements,there are still many problems such as narrow functional expansion field and large imbalance of regional development.This study takes leisure agricultural enterprises in Jiangsu Province as the research object and uses three-stage DEA model and Tobit regression model to conduct in-depth analysis on their operating efficiency and the influencing factors of operating efficiency.The first part,based on the research background and significance,puts forward the possible problems in leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province,systematically expounds the theoretical basis of this study,and combs out the ideas,framework and methods of this study by combining domestic and foreign research literature.The second part of Jiangsu Province leisure agricultural enterprises in the development of the present situation of qualitative and quantitative summary and analysis.The third part refers to the relevant literature at home and abroad and combines with the actual situation.Firstly,the input-output index system for measuring the operating efficiency of leisure agricultural enterprises is constructed.The BCC model is used to calculate the input index and output index to get the efficiency value of the first stage.Then,SFA regression was used to remove environmental factors and management inefficiency factors from the input slack variables and adjust the input variables.Then,the BCC model is used to calculate the adjusted input index and original output index,and the efficiency value of the third stage excluding the interference of environmental factors and management inefficiency factors is obtained.The empirical results show that: Leisure agriculture enterprises in jiangsu province in 2016 comprehensive technical efficiency and scale efficiency value are mainly distributed in the range below 0.5,2017,part of the leisure agriculture enterprise efficiency values have a slightly improved compared to last year,but there are some efficiency and even lower than in 2016,2018,the leisure agriculture business overall condition is lower than the previous two years,there is a larger scale,facilities and resources such as the phenomenon of excessive waste,leisure agriculture enterprises in jiangsu province level of efficiency and management quality needs to be improved;Next,in different cities in jiangsu province and north jiangsu,China,different regions of southern jiangsu leisure agriculture enterprise management efficiency were compared,the results showed that there are large difference between different places its operating efficiency,there are some good places such as wuxi city development,nanjing and so on,some cities as years of negative state such as xuzhou,lianyungang city,the advantage and disadvantage areas of leisure efficiency of enterprise management in agriculture gap is bigger,leisure agriculture industry in jiangsu province has the problem of uneven regional development;Finally using Tobit regression model of leisure agriculture in jiangsu province,analyzing the influence factors of enterprise operating efficiency the regression results show that the operation time and operation efficiency of leisure agriculture enterprises is obviously positive correlation,the business scope of the leisure agriculture enterprise and its management efficiency is significantly inverted u-shaped relationship,the aggregation degree of leisure agriculture enterprises in prophase and its operation efficiency has no obvious correlation,but too much of the same kind of enterprise to gather can reduce operating efficiency and have network marketing channel of the leisure agriculture business efficiency is significantly higher than no Internet publicity channels of enterprises.The fourth part combines the evaluation results of the operating efficiency of leisure agricultural enterprises and the regression results of the influencing factors of operating efficiency.Based on the actual situation of Jiangsu Province and the background of the new economic form,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the development efficiency of leisure agriculture in Jiangsu Province.
