Research On The Impact Of Interest Linkage Of Rural Primary,Secondary And Third Industries Integration To Farmers’ Income

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization to promote agricultural and rural modernization The core and essence of Rural Revitalization lies in ensuring the prosperity of rural industry to promote the improvement of farmers’income,living environment and quality of life.At present,China’s Rural Revitalization is facing serious non-point source pollution,rural hollowing,aging farmers and other issues.The key to solve these problems lies in promoting the integration and development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries.The integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas can prolong the agricultural industry chain,enhance the agricultural value chain,promote agricultural efficiency,increase farmers’income,and improve the rural environment,which is the fundamental way to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers Inter-industry interest linkages are the key to maintain the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,as well as to balance the interests of all parties.Therefore,the key to rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration is to optimize the mechanism of interest linkages.From the literature review,this paper clarifies the difference between the benefit linkage mechanism of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration and agricultural industrialization,and the goal that the benefit linkage of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry integration should be beneficial to the sustained growth of farmers’income.On this basis,based on transaction cost theory,industry chain theory,industry convergence theory and endogenous growth theory,this paper analyses how the interests of leading enterprises leading rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry convergence and farmers’professional cooperatives leading rural primary,secondary and tertiary industry convergence can promote farmers’ income,and takes Dabei Agricultural and Forestry Co-operatives and Huimei Agricultural Co.,Ltd.as examples.The path,respective advantages and disadvantages of promoting peasants’income by combining the interests of farmers’ professional cooperatives and leading enterprises.Finally,it compares and summarizes the characteristics of the two main bodies leading the interest connection from the dimension of subject characteristics,the dimension of interest connection mode and the dimension of externality.It also puts forward relevant policy suggestions from four perspectives:leading body,participation degree of farmers,improvement of interest linkage and government functions.
