In recent years,due to the changes in China’s macro-control and market environment,as well as the difficulty in quickly digesting the excess Baijiu production capacity in previous years,the sales performance of major domestic liquor industries has continued to decline,some small companies are facing a difficult situation,and small-scale Baijiu companies will also be eliminated one after another.Therefore,the Baijiu industry urgently needs adjustment.Taking Xinghua Village in Shanxi Province as a case,this thesis discusses the strategic management of "Xinghua Village in Shanxi Province" from three aspects of analysis,formulation,implementation and evaluation,especially by using comprehensive static game theory,analyzes its existing problems and gives corresponding countermeasures.This thesis aims to make certain reference and reference for the development of similar domestic enterprises;The application of complete information static game theory is expanded.Based on the basic principles of strategic management and game analysis,this thesis makes an in-depth study and analysis of the management strategy of the enterprises in Xinghua Village,Shanxi Province,and puts forward the problems of the enterprise management strategy in Xinghua Village,Shanxi Province: insufficient products,poor marketing effect,lack of talents,single brand and other problems.Based on the "Apricot Flower" in Shanxi Province and based on a comprehensive static game model,this thesis compares it with potential entrants,substitutes,similar enterprises,downstream customers and upstream suppliers,and obtains the problems in the enterprise’s market competition strategy.From the analysis of various product competition,market competition,human resource strategy competition,brand positioning,and strategic management of enterprises in Xinghua Village,Shanxi Province,we can see that the core issues are: product research,over-reliance on old employees,lack of talent,lack of talent,traditional management of a single brand,and so on.Therefore,from the perspective of enterprise’s human capital strategy,the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures from strengthening the training of enterprise’s R&D personnel,increasing the introduction of highly educated sales personnel,and improving the quality of employees.Expand the variety of Baijiu and accelerate the development of medium-sized enterprises;Suggest the best performance evaluation plan,reposition the sales staff’s thinking,and provide them with incentive material plan and psychological support;A series of opinions on effective tracking and advertising of TV media.
