| Procurement cost has always been an important factor restricting the development of enterprises,because the high procurement cost will reduce the profit space of enterprises,and then weaken the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,many enterprises seek cooperation and realize bulk procurement in the form of joint purchasing alliance to enhance their competitive advantages,and finally achieve the purpose of saving procurement costs and increasing corporate profits.Joint purchasing can save purchasing cost,but whether the cost can be shared fairly and reasonably will directly affect the stability of joint purchasing alliance.Considering the uncertainty of market demand in real life,which makes the cost of joint procurement fluctuate,it is more practical to study the cost allocation strategy of joint procurement based on demand uncertainty.In addition,considering the diversified forms of joint procurement alliance,that is,there may be free joint procurement alliance and level joint procurement alliance.The above two types of joint procurement cost allocation can be further studied.Therefore,this paper adopts the cooperative game method to construct the cooperative game model of joint procurement cost allocation under the uncertain demand environment,so as to provide a basis for determining two kinds of joint procurement cost allocation problems under the uncertain demand of enterprises.First,we analyze the advantages of joint procurement alliance cooperation.By establishing mathematical model,the income function(cost saved)of joint procurement is described.Variety of solving methods and τ-value solving methods are used to apportion the cost saved by joint procurement,so as to reflect the advantages of τ-value.Secondly,aiming at the cost apportionment of joint procurement in demand uncertainty of free coalition,the fuzzy payment cooperation game τ-value is proposed.The cost apportionment model of joint procurement in demand uncertainty is constructed and axiomatic proved.Then,the advantages of this method are demonstrated by an example.Finally,in the case of uncertain market demand,it is considered that there may be level coalition among the members of the joint purchasing alliance.For example,the joint purchasing alliance in North China is composed of several provincial joint purchasing alliances,the provincial joint purchasing alliance is composed of several municipal joint purchasing alliances,and the municipal joint purchasing alliance is composed of several county-level joint purchasing alliances.Aiming at the cost apportionment problem of joint procurement with level structure based on demand uncertainty,the condition of union monotonicity is given and applied to the cooperation game τ-value of the level coalition structure.In addition,the cooperative game τ-value model of the interval-value with the coalition structure is proposed.And then the cost apportionment model of joint procurement with level structure based on demand uncertainty is constructed and axiomatic proved.The advantages of this method are demonstrated by an example.Finally,two practical cases of joint procurement reflect the applicability of these two methods.On the one hand,the fuzzy payment cooperative game τ-value and the level coalition structure interval value cooperative game τ-value defined in this paper are the development and improvement of the classicalτ-value,which enriches the content and application scope of the cooperative game τ-value and has certain theoretical significance.On the other hand,this method provides an effective tool for solving the problem of joint procurement cost sharing between two types of enterprises under uncertain demand,which is conducive to the formation and stability of joint procurement coalition,and has very important practical significance. |
