| With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization and industrialization upgrading,the labor force in villages and towns has been fully activated,and regional radiation has led to the diversified development of local rural economy.At this stage,rural revitalization has become an important guide to invigorate China’s economy in the new era and an important task to promote the development of dual-cycle industry.Township enterprises under rural revitalization have a large number of jobs.Although grass-roots workers are the main body of township enterprises,they show the characteristics of low salary income,small room for promotion,mixed comprehensive quality and so on.Therefore,the sense of acquisition has a congenital defect.Under the background of rural revitalization and under the guidance of the theory of perceived value,this thesis makes an investigation and research on the current situation and problems of workers’ sense of achievement in township enterprises in Jiaoling County.The purpose of this thesis is to optimize the demand structure of the sense of achievement of the staff and workers of township enterprises,promote the staff and workers of township enterprises to enhance their job literacy and professional value,improve the employment environment of township enterprises,absorb highly sophisticated talents,and promote the upgrading of industrial structure.to provide production driving force for the revitalization of rural economy and the industrial layout of township enterprises.The research uses the methods of literature research,interview and research,based on the mature theories of enterprise management at home and abroad,collect and improve the value chain under demonstration,and sort out a large number of research results that can be used for reference.Extract more important factors that affect the different dimensions of the sense of acquisition,which is conducive to the formation of the theoretical basis of the research point of view of this thesis.At the same time,on the basis of empirical analysis,the study takes the township enterprises in Jiaoling County,Meizhou City,Guangdong Province as the research object.Township enterprises in eight towns(Jiaocheng Town,Changtan Town,Xinpu Town,Sanzhen Town,Wenfu Town,Guangfu Town,Lanfang Town and Nanqi Town)were visited and investigated through a valid questionnaire.It involves food processing,agricultural products planting,wood processing,limestone processing,logistics cold chain processing,garden nursery planting and other industries,and effectively analyzes the distribution and industry of workers.This thesis summarizes the industrial characteristics and development direction of township enterprises in Jiaoling County,and obtains the representative problems of the influencing factors of workers’ sense of acquisition in township enterprises in Jiaoling County according to the statistical results.Compared with the existing literature on the sense of achievement of urban enterprises,large enterprises and other employees,the research on the sense of achievement of township enterprises is close to a blank.The innovation of this study goes deep into the township enterprises,taking the township enterprises in Jiaoling County as the research object,radiating the township enterprises in the whole county,and conducting a questionnaire survey on the employees of different industries.The factors that affect the workers’ sense of achievement in township enterprises are analyzed,and the theoretical research on how to develop the rural economy and expand the industrial scale of township enterprises is done,and the diversified needs of employees in township enterprises are reformed.Enhance the sense of achievement,improve the overall quality of staff and workers,and build a high-quality staff team.In addition,the study also makes an innovative prediction on the connotation and orientation of the sense of gain,which effectively combines and extends the international enterprise management and the incentive mechanism for staff and workers in township enterprises,which provides a methodology for revitalizing the double-cycle development of China’s township economy and industry,and provides a self-repairing strategy for the coordinated development of the bottom logic of circular economy in the cultural strategy and layout of township enterprises.That is,institutional measures,sustainable countermeasures and innovative planning.Institutional measures are mainly reflected in: optimizing salary structure;establishing efficiency incentive mechanism;improving employment environment;adding employment return policy.The sustainable countermeasures are mainly reflected in: establishing a talent pool and constantly updating the talent introduction plan;building a profit-sharing system;establishing a staff training mechanism;at the same time,studying and discussing the innovative conclusions on improving the sense of innovation of employees in township enterprises,mainly reflected in:improving the credit value and brand premium of township enterprises;reshaping the sense of belonging and achievement of employees under the talent incentive system;and formulating a multi-dimensional talent reserve plan.Formulate welfare development strategies to achieve sustainable development of the sense of achievement. |
