Research On The Influencing Factors And Development Responses Of Modern Seed Industryinvestment In China

As the "chip" of agriculture,the seed industry is a national strategic and basic core industry,an important foundation for achieving agriculture stability and national security,and accelerating the development of China’s modern seed industry is fundamental to promoting the long-term stable development of agriculture and ensuring national food security.As a direct driving force for the seed industry development,investment drives the economic growth of modern agriculture,and is an important source of power to promote scientific and technological innovation in the seed industry,strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,and promote the seed industry transformation and upgrading.At present,China has made great progress in supporting the development of the seed industry,but there are still problems such as low investment results,simple investment channels,asymmetric investment information,and unreasonable use of funds.Exploring the influencing factors of seed investment and seeking development responses have become an important topic for future research on how investment can drive and promote the development of modern seed industry.Based on the combing of existing literature and the overview of relevant theories on the development of seed industry,this paper analyzes the current basic situation of seed industry investment in China,and analyzes the main sources of seed industry investment based on the supply and demand of funds at each stage of seed industry development.Farming species listed Enterprises as research objects,use spss26.0 analyse2017-2021 the panel data of the 43 enterprise is finally selected after passing the inspection(PCA).The influencing factors of modern seed industry investment in China are analyzed,and in the analysis of the influencing factors of seed industry investment,not only the scale,profitability and development ability of seed enterprises are taken into account,but also the intellectual property rights and scientific research achievements of seed industry investment.Firstly,by analyzing the basic situation of China’s listed seed enterprises,we will integrate China’s listed seed industry in recent years,enterprise basic data analysis such as development scale,number of seed enterprises and enterprise research and development investment to promote the main problems in the development of seed industry,and screen and construct an index system that affects seed industry investment,and then use it multiple linear regression.The empirical results are analyzed and the stationarity test is passed.Finally,after analyzing the influencing factors,the basic development responses of improving and optimizing the investment and development of the seed industry is constructed.From theoretical analysis and empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn: the theoretical analysis shows that the investment problem of modern seed industry is the result of the comprehensive effect of internal factors and external factors.As a capital-intensive and technology-intensive industry,the complexity of the asset structure of seed enterprises and the particularity of the industry itself lead to insufficient ability to rationally use funds and diversify risks;In the external environment of enterprises,the role of the capital market in the financing of seed enterprises is insufficient,the laws and regulations of the seed industry financial market are not perfect,and the exit mechanism of seed industry venture capital is not standardized.Empirical research shows that the research and development ability,solvency and profitability of seed enterprises are the most important factors affecting seed investment.In order to better promote seed investment,the government,financial markets and seed enterprises will work together to optimize the investment path of seed industry;Increase investment in seed industry research and development to improve seed industry research and development capabilities and build a good scientific research and innovation platform for the development of seed industry;Improve the utilization rate of enterprise funds and improve the solvency of seed enterprises themselves;Improve the policy-based financial support system and create a good financial market environment to promote and promote the benign development of China’s modern seed enterprises.
