Study On The Cooperative Model Of Agricultural Information Service

China is a great agricultural country and its agriculture has always been the lifeblood of the national economy.Agriculture in China is transforming from traditional mode to modern mode with the development of agriculture science and technology,especially the information technology.Agricultural information service has a significant effect for realizing the aim of the new countryside construction,promoting agriculture development and increasing farmers’ income,which is also a good way to enhance farmers’ information quality.Agricultural information service has the characteristic of service channel diversity,service orientation versatility and service product particularity,etc.Its content contains various channels and agricultural subjects like governments,relevant agricultural departments,the Internet,agriculture-related database,agricultural informatization network platforms,new media,agricultural information websites,and the expert consulting systems.This paper studied the collaborative service of different agricultural subjects by introducing the theory of synergy.1.Based on synergy theory,the study analyzed the content,types and service system index of agricultural information service,which states basic features and collaborative conditions of agricultural information service coordination.2.This dissertation investigated the order parameters and self-organization characteristics analysis of collaborative system of agricultural information service and designed its control flow framework.3.Based on the analysis of the functions and the technical support systems of collaborative system of agricultural information service,the model of collaborative system of agricultural information service was built.4.This paper studied the algorithm of agricultural information service coordination which could be optimized and improved.Moreover,the study did simulation analyses on collaborative system of agricultural information service to ensure its accuracy.Based on the analysis of the collaborative model among information service organizations,this paper introduced the algorithm idea of collaborative task distribution among organizational information,and constructed the collaborative system model of agricultural information service.It is of great practical significance to improve the level of agricultural information service in China,improve the international status of agriculture in China,improve the agricultural science and technology information environment,and enhance the cooperative related technology of agricultural information service.The research results provide an important basic guarantee for many agriculture-related enterprises to develop information service content,realize the optimal allocation of information resources,improve the efficiency of agricultural users’ access to information,and realize the added value in related agricultural economic fields.
