Food counts most for people,of which safety comes first.At present,with the rapid development of the food industry,people’s demand for high-quality food is becoming more and more obvious,and the trend of food consumption upgrading is increasingly apparent.With the new round of food consumption upgrading,our government has continuously strengthened food safety supervision to prevent food safety risks.As the first person responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food in the food supply chain,the quality credit level of food production enterprises seriously affects the quality and safety of food.In order to guarantee food quality and safety from the source,improve the level of food quality,and safeguard the life safety and health of consumers,it is necessary to build a quality credit evaluation system for food production enterprises and conduct quality credit evaluation research.Based on the 3C model of quality credit evaluation,this paper establishes three levels(criterion level)of quality credit willingness,quality credit ability and quality credit performance to constitute the evaluation system of quality credit standards of food production enterprises.Fifteen experts are invited to judge and select 20 comprehensive evaluation index systems.The weight of indexes is determined by the entropy weight method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is often used in Hunan Province.258 food production enterprises in Deji and Yongzhou area conduct quality credit evaluation.The evaluation conclusions of three dimensions are as follows: First,the quality credit willingness dimension.On the whole,food production enterprises have strong quality credit willingness,attaching importance to the cultivation of quality awareness,paying attention to consumer demand and pursuing product upgrading;but the quality credit willingness level of small and micro enterprises is lower than the overall average level,and the quality credit willingness level of large and medium enterprises is higher than the overall average level.Second,the dimension of quality credit ability.The quality credit ability of food production enterprises is the short board of enterprise quality credit.Its quality supply and guarantee ability need to be strengthened urgently.The quality credit ability score of large enterprises is higher than that of medium-sized enterprises,and that of small and micro enterprises is very low.Third,the dimension of quality credit performance.The quality credit performance of food production enterprises is general,the products produced meet the basic quality requirements of the country,can meet the needs of consumers,and the incidence of major quality accidents is low.
