| The proper meaning of Rural Revitalization is to effectively solve the "three rural issues".During the "13th five year plan" period,China has made remarkable achievements in targeted poverty alleviation,during which it has also explored effective ways to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Among them,the cooperation between enterprises and agriculture,the introduction of social capital and the promotion of agricultural modernization are very efficient methods.For enterprises,in order to achieve the rapid development of emerging businesses,they must grasp the changes in the minds of agricultural consumers,respond to the needs of the "Internet +" agricultural development model,and break through the difficulties of rural industry revitalization and development.Accordingly,enterprises must promote the construction of agricultural e-commerce talent team,so as to provide talent guarantee for the development of companies and the revitalization of villages.This paper analyzes the motivation of agricultural e-commerce talent team construction under the background of Rural Revitalization from two aspects: the relationship between agricultural e-commerce talent team construction and rural revitalization,and the necessity of agricultural e-commerce talent team construction under the background of Rural Revitalization.On this basis,taking company a,which has just entered the agricultural e-commerce industry,as the research object,through questionnaires and interviews to understand the current situation of its agricultural e-commerce talent team construction,including talent team construction objectives,echelon level overview,age and educational background,construction methods,etc;And focus on the current situation of the company’s agricultural e-commerce talent team construction methods,including agricultural e-commerce talent team planning and development strategy,talent ability training methods,qualification mechanism construction,and construction results.On the basis of the above research,this paper analyzes and finds that the construction methods of the company in the process of talent team construction mainly include unclear talent team planning and development strategy,unclear talent comprehensive ability training effect,low degree of specialization of agricultural e-commerce,and incomplete talent performance assessment indicators.The main reasons for these problems are that company a ignores the feasibility analysis of talent team planning and development strategy in the process of talent team construction,lacks clear and detailed talent ability training objectives,is affected by the solidification of traditional training performance appraisal,and ignores the innovative conditions of talent performance appraisal methods.The existence of these problems has caused certain restrictions on the construction and development of the talent team of company A.Accordingly,this paper finally puts forward the optimization scheme of agricultural e-commerce talent team construction method for company a,and puts forward specific operational suggestions from four dimensions: the optimization objectives and principles of agricultural e-commerce talent team construction method,the feasibility analysis of strengthening the talent team planning and development strategy,improving the ability training effect of agricultural e-commerce talents,and optimizing the talent performance evaluation method. |
