Research On The Informatization Construction Of Tax Service In Zhalute Banner Taxation Bureau

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology in China,the concept of tax services has also begun to change.For tax authorities,promoting the construction of tax service informatization is a necessary measure to comply with the development of the information age and improve taxpayer satisfaction.The construction of tax service informatization is of great significance for shaping a friendly,harmonious,clean,and efficient tax authority.In 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of Tax Collection and Management",proposing to comprehensively promote the digital upgrading and intelligent transformation of taxation,and achieve deep integration and efficient linkage between tax services and big data intelligent applications by 2025.Tax authorities at all levels have gradually begun to explore the development of smart taxation and promote the informatization construction of tax services.This article selects the tax service informatization construction of Zhalute Banner Taxation Bureau as a case study.Based on the new public management theory,information asymmetry theory,and tax compliance theory,quantitative and qualitative research is conducted using questionnaire survey and interview methods.By classifying and comparing the collected questionnaire data and interview conversations,the problems and causes of the tax service informatization construction of Zhalute Banner Taxation Bureau are summarized and summarized,On the basis of drawing on domestic and foreign research achievements,a series of solutions are proposed,including establishing service concepts,establishing supporting mechanisms,standardizing platform construction,conducting localized publicity,and cultivating talent teams.The research in this article has practical significance for the informationization construction of tax services in ethnic minority areas,and enriches the relevant theories of informationization construction of tax services in grassroots areas.
