Procurement risk control is an important management link in enterprise procurement activities.Improving awareness of procurement risks and strengthening risk analysis and control can not only help enterprises avoid the adverse effects of procurement risks,but also ensure the overall operation of the company and enhance the survival and sustainable development capabilities of the organization.This article analyzes the main influencing factors of palm oil procurement from the perspectives of risk management,procurement risk management,and integrated management theory through specific practical cases of WWJT company’s palm oil procurement business.It analyzes the current status and shortcomings of WWJT company’s palm oil procurement model,procurement process,and internal management,identifies internal and external procurement risks of palm oil,and evaluates the quality of project management The triple constraint factors of cost and risk are introduced into palm oil risk identification to strengthen the procurement risk assessment and analysis of palm oil.The content of risk management includes risk identification,risk evaluation,and risk response.In this paper,the purchase risk factor analysis method is used to refine the risk source factors of WWJT palm oil purchase one by one,analyze and evaluate the possibility of risk conversion conditions,and through the flow chart analysis method,the entire purchase and sales supply chain of palm oil is fully displayed,so as to identify the key links of purchase and potential risks,and lay a solid theoretical basis for palm oil risk control and avoidance.At the same time,on the basis of completing the risk identification of palm oil procurement,this article uses the risk matrix method semi qualitative and semi quantitative analysis to evaluate and determine the risk level of WWJT company’s palm oil procurement.By drawing a risk coordinate map to determine the procurement risk area,the procurement risk evaluation results are obtained,laying the foundation for the development of palm oil procurement risk control measures.In terms of risk response,this article optimizes WWJT Company’s palm oil procurement process,procurement management system,strategic procurement objectives,supplier management mechanism,and procurement contract review system,such as scientifically developing sales forecast data,adjusting and developing new rolling demand planning methods,and establishing a palm oil market professional group,further improving risk control measures.In addition,by hedging palm oil,developing regression analysis and prediction models,dividing procurement risk levels,and establishing risk warning mechanisms,the combination of theory and practice has effectively controlled and avoided palm oil procurement risks,ensured the supply of raw materials for enterprises,avoided the risk of significant fluctuations in procurement costs,and improved the core competitiveness of enterprises,which has certain reference significance.
