B Group Procurement Risk Management Based On Supply Chain

Purchasing is one of the important activities of the manufacturing industry,the purchasing cost is also an important part of cost.Facing increasingly competition in the manufacturing industry,enterprises are facing more and more purchasing risks,which could happen in any parts of the purchasing.Any risks in purchasing may cause unexpected purchasing results.More and more manufacturers are aware that once uncontrollable purchasing risks arise,they will have serious consequences for their own companies and even the entire supply chain.Therefore,purchasing risk management has become an important part of daily manufacturing management.After several years of rapid development,B Group has become a core enterprise in the touch display supply chain.B Group has established a mature purchasing management system and risk control system.However,when Group B formulated its purchasing risk control measures,it only aware its own risks,not standing at the height of the supply chain,fully identified and controlled the supply chain purchasing risks.This article starts with B Group's purchasing risk,using risk theory,purchasing risk theory,to identify the purchasing risks in B Group,then using scientific evaluation tools to evaluate the purchasing risks.At last,combines the material classification matrix and supplier management theory and price fluctuation risk management method to formulate purchasing risk management optimization plans,which will increase B Group's purchasing risk awareness and purchasing risk management abilities.
