| High-quality development is the new topic of today’s economic development,our agriculture is also in the key stage of high-quality development.It is necessary to seek new growth drivers so as to realize high-quality agricultural development,as the main production and management bodies are scattered and agricultural production technologies are not advanced.Scientific and technological innovation and digital economy provide a new opportunity for agricultural development,but at present,our agriculture is still facing many challenges,the most important one is short of scientific and technological innovation ability,which makes the agricultural development short of technical support;Rural digital infrastructure is weak,which affects sustainable agricultural development;The degree of industrial integration is not sufficient,hindering the process of agricultural development.Therefore,how to accurately grasp agricultural scientific and technological innovation and agricultural digital economy,solve the shortcomings of the weaknesses in the production,distribution,circulation and consumption of agricultural products,and promote that has become a key problem to be solved.This paper summarizes the relevant literature of agricultural science and technology innovation,agricultural digital economy and agricultural high quality development,and then elaborates the related concepts and economic theories.The mechanism of action was analyzed.Then,a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed,and the relevant data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities(except Xizang)from 2011 to 2020 were taken as research samples.The entropy weight method was used to estimate the agricultural science and technology innovation ability,the level of agricultural digital economy and the level of agricultural high-quality development in each region.The coupling coordination degree of agricultural science and technology innovation and agricultural digital economy was measured by the coupling coordination degree model,which was used as the measurement index of their coordinated development level.A spatial econometric model is constructed,and provincial panel data is selected to empirically analyze the influence of agricultural science and technology innovation,agricultural digital economy,agricultural science and technology innovation and coordinated development of agricultural digital economy on high-quality agricultural development and spatial spillover effect from static and dynamic aspects,and to conduct robustness test.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Agricultural scientific and technological innovation capability,the agricultural digital economy level and the agricultural high-quality development level have been improved,but the level is low and the development is not uniform,showing the spatial pattern of "high in the east and low in the west";(2)The total coupling degree of agricultural science and technology innovation and agricultural digital economy in China is at a stage on the brink of failure.There is a great difference between provinces,regions and cities in the coordination degree,showing a spatial pattern of "decreasing from east to west";(3)Agricultural science and technology innovation,agricultural digital economy,coordinated development of agricultural science and technology innovation and agricultural digital economy,and the high quality development of agriculture have the characteristic of the space agglomeration.;(4)Agricultural science and technology innovation,agricultural digital economy,agricultural scientific and technological innovation and the coordinated development of agriculture digital economy have greatly promoted the development of high quality agriculture in the area and its neighboring regions;(5)Agricultural industrial structure,human capital and financial support to agriculture have different degrees of influence on the high-quality development of agriculture in the region and adjacent areas. |
