Based on the relationship between agricultural technology innovation achievement and agricultural economic development,this paper has made some researches on the basis of the relationship between innovation achievement and agricultural economic development.The specific circumstances of Hunan agricultural technology improvement and agricultural economic growth based on grey relational calculation and research between the Hunan agricultural technology innovation achievement and economic development,and then improve the Hunan agricultural technology achievement,some views on promoting the agricultural economic growth.By means of qualitative research on measurement standard of Hunan agricultural economy progress and technology innovation achievements,can be found from 2004 to 2013,the overall operation trend of Hunan agricultural economy growth changes,especially the"index of agricultural products as raw materials in industrial output increased significantly than the other index,there are a variety of increase.This shows that the overall development trend of Hunan agricultural economy operation in good condition;2004 to 2013 the province's agricultural technology innovation achievements in the overall development trend of gradually increased,especially the"index of agricultural products as raw materials industry total output value"increased significantly,that continue to enhance the support level of agricultural technology innovation in the government,agricultural technology the effect is more obvious,however,the specific research based on the data,can be found in various agricultural technological innovation achievements with Body number is not much,to enhance agricultural technology creativity is still to get a larger helping,increase the number of innovative achievements,improve the level of technological innovation.With the help of Statistics found the way of gray correlation degree,typical of the index of Hunan agricultural economic operation and technological innovation achievements,such as the number of authorized,agricultural science and Agricultural Technology Association SCI the patent level between the number of agriculture,new product category respectively is:61.24%,73.48%and 56.71%.Moreover,agricultural technology and operation technology patent relationship between the number of the most obvious,and the relationship between the number of agricultural science,SCI article new product categories,show that the agricultural economic growth and technological innovation are strong.According to the analysis of Hunan agricultural economy and technology innovation association level,some suggestions are given in this paper to enhance agricultural technology innovation involves construction of internal incentive system,increase agricultural products in new development investment;incentive to explore the technology base of agriculture,scientific allocation of financial support activities on the agricultural structure;technological innovation achievements conversion system;the construction of scientific agricultural technology innovation and technology exchange transmission system;to perfect the construction of agricultural technology innovation personnel training system.
