Study On The Influence Factors Of Agricultural Science And Technology Innovation On Agricultural Economic Development Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that if we want to build a well-off society in an all-round way,we must firmly implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and the Congress pointed out that innovation,as a new momentum of agricultural and rural development,is the first driving force for development and the strategic support for the construction of agricultural economic system,and technological innovation to drive agricultural transformation and upgrading is the only way for China’s agricultural sustainable development.Based on this background,this paper studies the impact of agricultural scientific and technological innovation on agricultural economic development.Taking the data of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and agricultural economic development of 30 provinces,cities and autonomous regions as samples,this paper discusses the relationship between them from the following four aspects: first,the current situation of agricultural economic development is analyzed from two aspects of fair development and high-quality development of agricultural economy.the results show that the development of agricultural economy in China is increasing year by year.When analyzing by region,the quality of fair development of agricultural economy in the eastern region is better than that in the central and western regions,and the growth of data related to high-quality agricultural development in the eastern and central regions is better than that in the western regions.The analysis of agricultural science and technology innovation is mainly carried out from three aspects: agricultural science and technology input,agricultural science and technology capital sources and agricultural science and technology output.The results show that the source of funds for agricultural science and technology is relatively stable,the input and output of agricultural science and technology have increased year by year,and the level of agricultural science and technology innovation has been significantly improved,but there is still a certain gap between agricultural science and technology and developed countries.Second,through the construction of a fixed effect model to study the impact of agricultural science and technology innovation on agricultural economic development,the results show that agricultural science and technology investment and the number of agricultural projects have significantly promoted the fair and high-quality development of China’s agricultural economy.When the regression samples are divided into the eastern,central and western regions for further analysis,the results show that the regression results of the eastern and central regions are basically consistent with the general model,that is,the investment in agricultural science and technology and the number of topics significantly promote the fair and high-quality development of China’s agricultural economy.The investment in agricultural science and technology in the western region has significantly promoted the fair development of agricultural economy,but has no significant impact on the high-quality development of agricultural economy.Third,through the construction of RIF model to analyze the impact of agricultural scientific and technological innovation on the regional agricultural income gap,the results show that the improvement of the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation can reduce the gini coefficient and iqr(9010)of agricultural economic development,and at the same time increase the average value of agricultural economic development,that is,the improvement of the level of agricultural scientific and technological innovation is conducive to narrowing the regional agricultural economic gap,thus promoting rural revitalization and development.Fourth,through the construction of panel threshold model,agricultural ecological efficiency as a threshold variable to analyze the impact of agricultural scientific and technological innovation on agricultural economic development.The results show that with the increase of the threshold,the influence coefficient of agricultural scientific and technological innovation on the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery decreases gradually,that is,the higher the requirement of agricultural ecological efficiency,the smaller the impact of agricultural scientific and technological innovation on agricultural economic development,therefore,it is necessary to balance the relationship between agricultural ecology and agricultural development.Based on the above research conclusions,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.specifically,it includes improving the guarantee mechanism of agricultural scientific and technological innovation achievements,improving the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements,improving the investment accuracy of agricultural scientific research funds,improving the allocation efficiency of agricultural production factors,cultivating new agricultural operators,and so on.
