With the mature development of market economy and the increasingly fierce market competition,at present,a considerable number of large enterprises in China have absorbed many subsidiaries through establishment,acquisition and other means to become large enterprise groups and achieve the goal of diversified development.However,with the expansion of enterprise business scale,the traditional financial management model is too scattered to meet the management needs of large enterprises,It is difficult to meet the practical needs of enterprise diversification.There are mainly the following problems:increasing costs,difficult to unify control,challenges to the group’s right to know,increasing operational and financial risks,etc.At the same time,the national level has also continuously issued relevant policies to support all walks of life to use information means to promote the development of the industry.In 2013,the Ministry of Finance issued and implemented the norms for enterprise accounting informatization,which made it clear that large enterprise groups with a large number of subsidiaries should speed up the informatization construction,establish a financial sharing service center,and reduce the cost of financial management by integrating financial resources of all parties.Under the guidance of national policies and the support of information technology,most enterprise groups also began to speed up the construction of financial shared service centers.In this regard,this paper takes enterprise group A as the research object,focuses on the problems existing in the implementation of the financial sharing mode of the company,takes relevant theories as the guidance,and uses the methods of investigation,literature research and case analysis to master the preliminary construction,operation status and relevant data of the Financial Sharing Service Center of the group.Through the analysis of the data obtained from the survey,it is found that although the construction of the financial sharing center can improve the processing efficiency of business documents,strengthen the control of costs and reduce labor costs to a certain extent,there are still problems to be improved in document standardization,information system connection,performance appraisal system construction and accounting file management.In view of the above problems,the author believes that the relevant problems can be improved from four aspects: establishing a standardized approval process,building a safe and stable information system,improving the scientific performance evaluation system and exploring the implementation of electronic accounting archives,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.This paper puts forward improvement suggestions for the problems existing in the current financial sharing service center,so as to promote the Financial Sharing Service Center to play a better role,and also provide a useful reference for the financial management of the same type of enterprises.The construction of Financial Shared Service Center should not be a finalization,but a continuous and gradual process,which should be explored,improved and optimized in operation.
