Digital Pratt & Whitney Finance, Agricultural Industrial Structure And High-Quality Development Of Agriculture

High-quality economic development is an important strategic act to promote the transformation and upgrading of my country’s economic structure in the new era,meet the new needs of the modern consumer market,and improve people’s happiness in life.To this end,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has decided to designate 2018 as the Year of Agricultural Quality.The proposal of the Year of Agricultural Quality marks that my country’s agricultural development is gradually changing from an increase in production to an improvement in quality.How to realize this historic transformation is a practical and strategic issue worthy of discussion from theory to practice.Based on this,this paper attempts to carry out relevant research from the perspective of digital inclusive finance,in order to provide policy recommendations with reference value for promoting the high-quality development of my country’s agriculture.Based on the perspective of agricultural regional competitiveness in our country,this paper constructs a three-in-one analysis framework of digital inclusive finance,agricultural industrial structure and high-quality agricultural development.In order to test the internal logic behind the impact of digital financial on the high-quality development of agriculture,the study builds a fixed-effect model and a threshold model for empirical analysis based on the panel data of 31 provinces in our country from 2011 to 2020.The results show that:Firstly,digital inclusive finance improves the overall and regional agricultural resource allocation level of our country by activating the agricultural competitive factor market,which has a direct effect on promoting differentiated competition and high-quality development of agriculture;Secondly,digital inclusive finance promotes the modern evolution of the agricultural industry of our country by directly acting on the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry structure,and it has a significant intermediary effect on promoting the high-quality development of agriculture.Because digital financial inclusion plays an important role in promoting the broader,deeper and greener development of agriculture.Therefore,in order to accelerate the high-quality development of agriculture in our country in the new era,it is necessary to further develop digital inclusive finance.
