With the further development of marker economy in our country, the talent turnover in nongovernmental enterprise is drawing more and more attention. The vast voluntary turnover of enterprises restricts their sustainable development. How to face and monitor the talent turnover to stabilize the talents in enterprises, to increase the cohesion of enterprise, to enhance their performance, and to put effective talent-management into enterprise development strategy have become the main problem of human resource management in nongovernmental enterprises.Like many domestic enterprise, JH entity corporation has the same great challenge, how to well reserve talents. The purpose of this paper is to put forward an effective strategy to be implemented right now based on the in-depth analysis and reasons resulting in JH entity enterprise brain drain and the corporation's reality. Through a lot of investigation and analysis of historical data, the paper makes detailed investigation into enterprise internal and external factors resulting in management talent away.In order to find real reasons of talent turnover, the author had interviews with the manager of the department of human resources and a senior manager of the enterprise. Based on the above results, the main reasons that lead to talent turnover in JH enterprise are: low-payment, unfair distribution, bad-prospect and imperfect management system.
