Human resource management is the basis of enterprise strategy formulation and an important means of strategy implementation.Human resource management can not only help the strategy implementation from the aspects of talent introduction,training and incentive,but also create a good environment for the strategy implementation from the aspects of organizational change,cultural training,etc.As a listed company,company A in this paper has branches in Tianjin,Shanghai,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,Singapore and other places.The enterprise has a large scale and hires many employees.With the gradual expansion of the company’s scale,its business scope tends to be internationalized and globalized.The original business strategy,which is only aimed at domestic and some surrounding countries,cannot continue to support the company’s development.Company A decided to implement the international development strategy.In the process of strategic transformation,due to the backward model of human resource management,the company’s current strategic transformation is hindered.It shows that the human resources management is seriously disconnected from strategies and businesses.Besides,the human resources management does not play an obvious role in the company’s strategic transformation.The "three pillar" model of human resources management,as a management model that can fully reflect the value of human resources management,has become an important model to promote the strategic transformation of enterprises and further release the value of human resources management.Therefore,it is worth studying how to provide support for the strategic transformation of Company A through the transformation of the "three pillars" model of human resources.On the basis of combing the research status of human resource management transformation and human resource "three pillar" model at home and abroad,through the investigation,analysis and problem discovery of A company’s human resource management status and human resource management model,this paper takes competency model theory,quadrangular model theory,human resource "three pillar" theory as the guidance.The paper clarifies the design of human resource three pillar workflow,the three pillar functions and main business activities,the staffing and competency model,and the implementation steps.In particular,when building the competency model,the paper used a variety of analysis methods,such as behavioral event interview,job responsibility analysis,literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis,and used SPSS data analysis tools to obtain the competency model of the three pillars,providing help for Company A to select the corresponding talents.While solving the problem of the transformation of the human resources model in the strategic transformation of Company A,it is hoped that this paper can provide reference and help for other enterprises in the same industry when they encounter relevant problems in the process of enterprise strategic transformation.
