At present,many enterprises are difficult to retain talents and lack of enthusiasm for work.In order to deal with this problem,many enterprises strive to solve it through the optimization of the salary system.A perfect salary system is of indispensable importance for contemporary enterprises.It can not only help enterprises retain the expected talents within the company,but also further stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.Therefore,how to optimize a perfect compensation system is an important demand of many enterprises.XC Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a listed group,which is mainly responsible for building the strategic layout of the group in the direction of new materials.As one of the earliest departments of the subsidiary,the power workshop of the company still follows the basic salary+annual performance model used when it was originally established in recent years.The old salary model can no longer adapt to the current economic and social development,which increases the sense of unfairness of employees and reduces their enthusiasm for work,With the continuous flow of personnel,the mismatch between skills and positions of personnel at all levels is gradually increasing.This paper takes the power workshop as the research object,finds and solves the problems of the existing compensation system in the workshop through the optimization of the compensation system with the help of the theoretical research results of the compensation system.From the perspective of equity theory and expectation theory,this paper conducts in-depth research and demonstrates the feasibility of optimizing the compensation system.First of all,through the questionnaire survey of key employees in the power workshop,we understand the current salary situation in the workshop,find out the impact of external fairness,internal fairness,and personal fairness on the overall fairness of salary,and demonstrate them separately on this basis.Then,based on the principles of equity theory and expectation theory,the compensation scheme of XC Company was optimized by dividing the position sequence,adjusting the position rank,determining the rank salary,improving the performance appraisal system,standardizing the promotion channel,and improving the welfare benefits.Finally,according to the optimized salary system,a feasible plan is formulated step by step,and corresponding measures are taken in advance to ensure the smooth implementation and safe implementation of the improvement plan.The author believes that the final salary is determined by linking it with the performance appraisal results,and the salary optimization plan for standardizing the promotion channel of employees is not only scientific and feasible,but also the best plan in line with the current development of the power workshop.The optimized salary scheme can meet the employees’ sense of fairness and expectation,improve the employees’ enthusiasm,help the workshop retain older employees with more skills and experience,thus creating profits for the company and improving the company’s market competitiveness.The research results of this paper are not only limited to the existing situation of the power workshop,helping it to improve the existing salary system,but also have some aspects worthy of reference and reference for other companies in the same industry to a certain extent,and then,combined with its business characteristics,promote a standardized salary system that conforms to the current development trend.
