With the gradual deepening of the degree of economic globalization and construction of "One belt,One road",the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. According to the crucial position, the key of enterprise competition is talent competition. State-owned enterprises, especially the petrochemical enterprises, occupy an extremely important position in the national economy,which great significance to the stability of the country's energy strategy.Under the dual pressures of internal reform and external competition, the state-owned petrochemical enterprises face the difficult problems of introducing talents from the external market and internal brain drain. Therefore, maximize the ability to attract talent, retain and stimulate their enthusiasm and potential of the work, is the most urgent need to solve the problem of China's most state-owned enterprises.Compensation based on state-owned enterprises Z company as the research object, this paper introduces the domestic and international broadband salary theory,under the guidance of broadband salary theories, using scientific research methods and tools, discussing and studying the basic situation and the existing compensation system of Z company, through the salary satisfaction survey, find out the current Z company current layered problems of salary system, and analyzes the feasibility of implementing broadband salary in Z company. Then, through the introduction of the concept of broadband salary, puts forward the design process of Z company's application of broadband salary, and the problems and security measures. Finally, the conclusion and prospect part summarizes the main achievements of this paper.In this paper, based on the research of the broadband salary and the related theories, combined with Z company's development strategy, formulates the Z company's salary strategy. Hope to establish a salary system for Z company,which is fair, reasonable and scientific, emphasis on staffs ability and the performance, help to improve the staffs working enthusiasm and satisfaction, and thus contribute to realize the strategic objectives of Z company .
