| Under the background of modern economy,the development of credit business of commercial banks has greatly eased the financing pressure of enterprises,and has made important contributions to promoting economic growth and promoting enterprise development.However,with the expansion of the credit scale of commercial banks,commercial banks are also faced with increasingly severe credit risk challenges.The intensification of competition in the banking industry,the complexity of credit business and the impact of the new crown epidemic on enterprises have all had a great impact on the credit risk of commercial banks in the new era.Therefore,how to effectively control the credit risk of commercial banks and maintain the sustainable development of commercial banks has become a concern of all commercial banks today.Based on the comprehensive risk management theory and internal control theory,this paper systematically studies the credit risk management of Bank of Communications H branch.Firstly,through the investigation and research on the current situation of credit business of Bank of Communications H Branch,it is found that the credit risk of Bank of Communications H Branch is mainly concentrated in small and micro enterprises represented by small enterprise loans and personal operating loans.Secondly,this paper discusses the typical cases of credit risk management of H branch,and summarizes the problems existing in the credit risk management of H branch of Bank of Communications,combined with the current situation of credit business of H branch.The specific problems are inaccurate credit risk identification,backward credit risk assessment methods,formalistic credit risk supervision,and imperfect internal control mechanism of credit risk.Then,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to investigate the causes of credit risk problems,through 116 valid questionnaires,explore and analyze the specific causes of various types of credit risk problems.Finally,from the perspective of quantitative methods and system improvement,this paper adopts the expert investigation method and the analytic hierarchy process,and combines the system construction,and puts forward the optimization countermeasures to improve the credit risk management of Bank of Communications H Branch : first,strengthen the accuracy of credit risk identification,second,improve the credit risk assessment method,third,strengthen credit risk supervision,fourth,improve the internal control mechanism of credit risk.In addition,in order to effectively promote the development of countermeasures,this paper gives a specific implementation plan,and provides a comprehensive guarantee for the implementation of countermeasures from strategic guarantee,organizational guarantee,technical guarantee and human resources guarantee.The research in this paper is not only conducive to broadening the theoretical research on credit risk of commercial banks,but also helps H branch of Bank of Communications to optimize the credit risk management system.Based on the data,structure and characteristics of the credit business of the H branch of Bank of Communications,as well as the current situation of the credit business management of the H branch,this paper provides some suggestions for optimizing the credit risk management of the H branch,which will help the H branch to strengthen the credit risk management and improve the credit risk.control ability.At the same time,for the commercial banks of the same type in the industry,the research results of this paper can also provide some reference for other commercial banks to improve their credit risk management level. |
