Study On The Site Selection Of Emergency Medical Material Distribution Centers

In recent years,the frequency of public emergencies in our country has been increasing,seriously affecting the life safety of the people.After experiencing several public emergencies,the emergency response capacity of major cities across the country has received more and more attention.After an emergency breaks out,the delivery of emergency medical supplies directly affects the rescue efficiency in the affected area.Therefore,a reasonable location of emergency medical supply distribution center can ensure that the supplies are effectively distributed to the areas in need,speed up the rescue speed,provide timely medical supplies protection for residents in the affected area,reduce the panic of the people,reduce social and economic losses,and ensure the life safety of the people.First,the article introduces the background and significance of the study of the location of emergency medical supply distribution center,summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,and clarifies the research content,research methods and technical routes of the article.Second,the relevant concepts and theories of emergency medical supplies and emergency logistics are discussed.Third,the factors affecting the location of emergency medical supply distribution center are discussed from six dimensions: natural factors,economic factors,social factors,infrastructure factors,response efficiency factors,and other factors,and a location initial index system is constructed.The index selection is carried out using the Delphi method and the consistency reliability is tested using SPSS software,and a final index system is established.Fourth,the G1-COWA composite weighting method is used to determine the weights of each location index,and a comprehensive location is conducted using GIS information systems and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.Fifth,the theoretical research is applied to the S district of B city for the location of the emergency medical supply distribution center,and the location results are obtained.Sixth,the article is summarized,the shortcomings are pointed out,and the future research directions are prospected.
