Study On The Relationship Between Supply Chain Concentration And Enterprise Performance

In the context of consumer demand,information technology globalization,more and more companies realize that the single-gun horses are unrealistic,strengthen supply chain management is crucial to the development of enterprises,which is supplied The relationship between chain members has always been a hot spot in the industry and academic field.Supply chain concentration as an indicator of supply chain core companies and upstream relations,it can be considered from both suppliers and Buyers.Regarding the relationship between supply chain concentration and corporate management performance,some scholars believe that the centralized supply chain relationship is conducive to communication cooperation and procurement in the enterprise;the sales channel is stable;the other part believes that the upper and downstream concentrations will cause main supply.Commercial and customer bargaining capacity is not conducive to the improvement of business performance;and scholars believe that there is a nonlinear relationship between the two.In order to explore the real relationship between supply chain concentration and business performance and specific mechanism,this paper combed and summarized the former humanities and related theories,and selected 2015-2019,Shanghai and Shenzhen A-stranded non-financial listed company data.conduct empirical research.The results show that the supply chain concentration will reduce the performance of the business,the supply chain concentration gives the "value plunder" effect on the enterprise greater than the "value creation" effect;commercial credit and sales gross profit margin have intermediary effects between the relationship between the two The increase in supply chain concentration will result in a reduction in commercial credit acquired by core enterprises.The sales gross interest rate is reduced,and thereby generate negative impact on business performance;executive salary motivation can weaken the negative relationship between the two,and the adjustment effect More remarkable in state-owned enterprises.Based on the above,this paper proposes from the company and government level,in order to help companies better combine up and downstream relations,promote the long-run development of supply chain.
