In recent years, with the development of global economy, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, thus they come to realize that it is important to integrate the enterprises with business relationship into supply chain. Supply chain management has become a hot topic both in theory and business practice. Research on supply chain performance has been underway for many years, and the theoretical research on supply chain performance evaluation is so far mature, however, the analysis of the factors affecting supply chain performance has not yet formed into a complete system. Nowadays, the enterprises in our country gradually increase the attention to their culture. The enterprise culture is an indispensable component, namely, the soft power of an enterprise. It can build a good working environment for the enterprise, improve the staffs ideological and moral level and professional quality, and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the organization. Because of the important role of enterprise culture, its impact on supply chain need to be reckoned with, especially that of enterprise in the core position in the supply chain, which influences its cooperative enterprises in the supply chain its culture will infiltrate the node enterprises in the supply chain imperceptibly. After a long time of accumulation and precipitation, the unique culture of the supply chain will eventually form, which will enhance the cohesion between the enterprises on the supply chain, facilitate communication, reduce conflicts, and promote the performance of the entire supply chain. On the basis of consulting the relevant research results domestic and abroad, research framework is formed involving the core enterprise culture, partnership and supply chain performance, a relational model is built preliminarily and an empirical analysis is performed to illustrate their relationship. This questionnaire method is used to collect data, which is analyzed by SPSS statistical software to obtain the relevant indicators of variable which verify the relation model proposed in this paper. The core enterprise culture is classified into four types based on CVF model, and their influences on partnership and supply chain performance are studied. Whether the partnership plays a mediating role between the culture and supply chain performance is also studied. The study shows that three of the four culture types (clan, adhocracy, and market) have positive influence on partnership and supply chain performance, while hierarchical culture has a negative effect on partnership and supply chain performance. Through validation, the partnership has the partial intermediary effect between enterprise culture and supply chain performance. Research in this paper will enrich the study of the supply chain management, provide a certain reference value for the enterprise, enhance the effective management of the supply chain and strengthen its competitiveness. Thus, this study has both theoretical and practical significance.
