Nowadays, with the fast speed of economic globalization, the international market competition faced by enterprises in internationalized operation has become increasingly fierce. Most enterprises have begun to seek competitive advantage from the supply chain, and the competition between enterprises and enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition between supply chains and supply chains formed by partners such as merchants, manufacturers, and distributors. In order to adapt to this trend, the close relationship between enterprises and supply chain partners, that is,the concentration of supply chain is receiving more and more attention. At present, scholars have carried out rich research on the relationship between internationalization degree, supply chain concentration and enterprise performance, but there is a lack of literature linking the three.Based on the current research status, this paper constructs research models and assumptions of enterprise internationalization degree, supply chain concentration and enterprise performance, and explore the mediating role of supply chain concentration between internationalization level and enterprise performance. At the same time, this paper selects the manufacturing enterprises of Chinese A-share listed companies as the research samples, and uses some statistics methods to analysis and verifies the relevant conceptual models. The results show that there is a “U” relationship between the degree of internationalization, supply chain concentration and corporate performance, and the method of nonlinear intermediary testing proposed by Hayes and Preacher(2010)verifies that the instantaneous indirect effect of supply chain concentration is significant, that is,the supply chain concentration plays a nonlinear intermediary role between the degree of enterprise internationalization and performance.
