Research On The Development Strategy Of AY Rural Commercial Bank

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of my country’s reform and opening up,the pace of reform in the financial sector has gradually accelerated,and the county financial structure has continued to change.At the same time,with the in-depth advancement of supply-side structural reforms,my country’s macro-economy is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading and striding forward to high-quality development.Rural Commercial Bank is also facing new opportunities and challenges.As the main force supporting the "three rural",rural commercial banks serve farmers,rural areas,and agriculture,and have made great contributions to the local rural economy.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made important decisions on rural revitalization strategy,which means that rural finance has entered a more important development situation,and rural commercial banks have ushered in important development opportunities.However,compared with other large banks,rural commercial banks have a poor construction foundation and an imperfect operating system.Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the development plan of rural commercial bank in the future.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the operation,risk prevention and control,human resources and organizational structure of AY rural commercial bank.And from the current internal situation,we can summarize the problems existing in the development model.Secondly,it analyzes AY rural commercial bank through literature induction and theory.PEST model is used to analyze the macro environment of AY rural commercial bank;Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the competitive environment faced by AY rural commercial bank;By Summarizing the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and threats we can get SOWT model,and clarify the four strategic models which is suitable for AY rural commercial bank through analysis.Then,according to the actual situation,it specify the corresponding strategic objectives.Through the quantitative analysis of the four strategies,we draw a conclusion through comparison,and finally choose to adopt the W-O transformation differentiation strategy.Finally,through the combination of strategy and actual situation,the differentiation strategy is implemented under the guidance of clear objectives.It makes some differentiation improvement in business,manpower,organizational structure and other aspects,and solve various problems at the present stage while implementing differentiation strategy.Finally,clarify the safeguard measures such as regulation,team,culture and technology to ensure that the differentiation strategy can be implemented...
