The Influence Of Time Pressure On The Deviant Behavior Of Takeaway Riders From The Perspective Of Self-control Resources

In the development of odd-job economy,workers have a wider variety of career choices and income sources depending on the changeable and flexible working mode,but there will be some problems.For takeaway riders,the delivery time in the system setting is the most important indicator of their performance appraisal.In recent years,due to the continuous reduction of food delivery time by platform enterprises,drivers’ risky driving behaviors,such as speeding,running red lights,occupying roads,driving in the opposite direction,and answering calls by bike,have increased significantly during their work,which not only seriously threatens their lives,but also brings great hidden dangers to social traffic safety.In view of the above social hot issues,this study focuses on the "faster" and "better" survival dilemma of take-away riders in the "crevice" environment,analyzes the psychological and behavioral characteristics of take-away riders,and uses empirical research methods to explore the causes of the above problems,and deeply analyzes the influencing mechanism.Resource conservation theory and the finite self-control model are the two basic theoretical models on which the article is based,and this paper uses them to investigate the nonlinear relationship between time pressure and deviant behavior.taking self-control resource loss and psychological capital as intermediary and adjustment variables,then explores the corresponding relationship of take-away riders on their deviant behavior under the action of time pressure,in order to provide suggestions for the management of take-away riders on take-away platforms.Firstly,this paper combs and summarizes the existing research results of time pressure,deviant behavior,self-control resource loss and psychological capital,and puts forward reasonable assumptions.In order to verify the correctness of the established model,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the out-selling riders,and the data obtained were analyzed by statistical methods.The findings show that there is indeed a non-linear influence relationship between time pressure and the deviant behavior of delivery riders-an inverted U-shaped curve.Specifically,there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between time pressure and take-away rider’s deviant behavior and self-control resource loss,and selfcontrol resource loss has an intermediary effect between time pressure and deviant behavior.Psychological capital has a certain regulatory effect between time pressure and self-control resource loss and time pressure and deviant behavior,and negatively affects the inverted Ushaped relationship between them.This paper holds that exploring social hot issues is one of the important ways to expand the theoretical research on self-control of resource loss.Not only that,the research also provides a theoretical basis for the platform to guide the psychology of takeaway riders and prevent the occurrence of deviant behavior.
