| In recent years,with the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,the scale of cross-border e-commerce logistics has continued to expand.As a company providing cross-border e-commerce logistics services,Company A’s demand for cross-border transportation has been growing along with the increasing volume of overseas warehouse business.However,compared with traditional logistics,the long transportation chain,complex business scenarios,and inadequate first-leg logistics service capabilities of cross-border logistics have made it difficult to serve customers well.Therefore,improving the scale and quality of Company A’s first-leg business in cross-border transportation is currently an urgent problem to solve.Based on this,this article provides a detailed analysis of the current situation of Company A’s cross-border logistics,including logistics timeliness,information systems,service standards,and business processes.On this basis,a questionnaire survey,business process analysis,and fishbone diagram analysis were used to analyze the possible problems in its logistics service quality and to provide targeted improvement suggestions to ensure that Company A can provide customers with high-quality first-leg logistics services with stable timeliness and trajectory control.This article focuses on the first-leg cross-border logistics services of Company A,aiming to use digital operation methods to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor quality in cross-border logistics services,and thereby improve the work efficiency and customer satisfaction of Company A.Through the use of digital technology in the first-leg cross-border logistics process of Company A,the mutual integration of various processes,the mutual coordination of personnel transportation,and the improvement of logistics transportation efficiency can be achieved.In addition,the application of digital technology in Company A’s first-leg cross-border logistics has improved the efficiency of implementation supervision and transportation modes,played an important role in the staffing and economic benefits of logistics personnel,and also provided reference significance for other domestic cross-border logistics companies in the process of digital transformation. |
