| With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s economic system has been gradually improved,and the capital market has also achieved vigorous development.In the context of increasing market competition,more and more large state-owned enterprises have begun to implement employee shareholding plans when carrying out mixed ownership reform.The implementation of employee shareholding plan has greatly improved the efficiency of resource allocation of enterprises and has a huge impact on the internal management of state-owned enterprises and corporate performance.The employee shareholding plan can not only stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to work actively and improve the company’s governance structure,but also promote the development level of enterprises and improve the business performance of enterprises.In the study,this paper selected GRGBanking as the specific object.Based on the relevant contents of the two-factor theory,human capital theory and principal-agent theory,it systematically combed and summarized the reason,content and process of implementing the employee shareholding plan of the enterprise,and analyzed the data from 2013 to 2021 before its implementation.According to the changes in the company’s equity structure,shareholder wealth and enterprise performance before and after the implementation of the employee shareholding plan and the impact of the employee stock ownership plan on the development of the enterprise,the role and effect of the employee shareholding plan in the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises are further understood.The research shows that:(1)The equity structure of Radio and Television Express has become more reasonable through the implementation of the employee shareholding plan,laying a foundation for the better and faster development of the enterprise.(2)The short-term share price of GRGBanking has significantly increased due to the implementation of the employee shareholding plan,which shows that the public and investors have confidence in the implementation of the employee shareholding plan of GRGBanking,and has improved shareholder wealth in the short term.(3)The financial performance of Radio and Television Express has undergone positive changes under the influence of employee shareholding plan.Employee stock ownership has effectively mobilized the enthusiasm of employees and improved the company’s financial performance.(4)The employee shareholding plan has effectively improved the management ability,R&D ability and growth ability of GRGBanking,and has attracted and retained a large number of talents,laying a foundation for Radio and Television Express to enter the field of artificial intelligence. |
