| In the present situation,China’s traditional financial sector faces enormous challenges and shocks.To further develop the Chinese banking sector,How to attract talented people and make creativity of men has made a problem that the Banks can not drown here and now.Employee compensation satisfaction is the internal feeling of employees of their own work,and also the concentrated reflection of their sense of ownership and happiness.In this way,the investigation and analysis of employees’ salary satisfaction,bank managers can identify problems in payroll management and analyze improvements,strengthen employees’ sense of belonging and happiness at work,and ultimately bring more benefits to the bank.This thesis presents the background and importance of the W bank core employee salary satisfaction study,the content and methodology of the study,and theories related to salary satisfaction.Interviews and questionnaires were used to examine the current state of salary satisfaction of bank W’s core staff,including salary level,compensation administration,salary structure and benefits.Analysis of SPSS data identified the existence of wage satisfaction among core bank W employees,including the absence of potential wage benefits,an unscientific wage management system,slow wage increases and unequal wage distribution,and analyzed their causes.In combination with the actual bank W,from five aspects of the compensation system,the level of compensation,performance evaluation,the talent of compensation management and compensation communication to improve the salary satisfaction of the basic employees of bank W,also for other financial institutions for the reform of salary satisfaction. |
