Performance Evaluation And Countermeasures Research On The Construction Of Modern Agricultural Industrial Park Of High Quality Wheat In Shangcai County

In the context of the new era,the construction of modern agricultural industrial park is an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and a major initiative to accelerate the development of agricultural modernization.Shangcai County High Quality Wheat Modern Agricultural Industrial Park is a national high quality wheat production base county and a national top 100 grain production county,and it successfully applied to become a provincial modern agricultural industrial park in Henan Province in2022.The study of modern agricultural industrial park by means of performance evaluation can be based on specific assessment indicators for modern agricultural industrial park in the development stage,fully understand the problems existing in the process of construction and development of the industrial park,and put forward targeted countermeasures,which is of great significance to help promote the construction of modern agricultural industrial park.Based on the reference to policy documents and relevant literature,this paper researches the performance evaluation system of the construction of Shangcai County Modern Agricultural Industrial Park of High Quality Wheat in Henan Province based on the actual situation of Shangcai County Modern Agricultural Industrial Park,using literature research method,field research method and a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.By using the econometric model and combining the national and Henan Province modern agricultural industrial park construction standards,scientific and reasonable indicators were selected to evaluate the performance in five dimensions.The evaluation results were 0.96,0.74,0.80,0.71 and 0.96 for production base construction,agricultural products processing and circulation construction,science and technology application,new professional farmers cultivation and driving level and green development level,respectively.construction,accelerate the development of modern circulation of agricultural products,strengthen the investment in scientific research,promote the construction of new professional farmers,and accelerate the enhancement of agricultural film recycling rate.In order to improve the construction level of the modern agricultural industrial park of high quality wheat in Shangcai County.
