intensive deep coupling carrier of the whole agricultural industrial chain.The leading industry of the industrial park develops synchronously in the whole node chain,promotes the concentration of production factors to the industrial park,and induces the concentration and integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries of agriculture to the industrial park.Therefore,modern agricultural industrial park contains great economic potential and development In recent years,the energy of exhibition has been widely concerned by the theoretical and practical circles.Tonghua County is located in the golden corn belt,and the fresh corn industry is the leading industry of the county.The fresh corn planting,processing and sales and other industrial nodes are complete,and the production foundation is good.In 2018,Tonghua County was recognized as the county-level fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park.Under the guidance of national agricultural high-quality development policy and market demand for high-quality,the county-level fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park has entered the stage of upgrading and high-quality development.The county-level Industrial Park has been upgraded to provincial-level industrial park to seek industrial transformation and upgrading,which conforms to the development orientation of fresh corn industry in Tonghua County.Therefore,this paper focuses on the Tonghua of provincial-level industrial park This paper studies the construction of modern agricultural industrial park of fresh corn in the county.The specific layout is as follows.The main research content of this paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the basis of establishing the provincial fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park in Tonghua County,the research status at home and abroad,the main research content,research methods,research innovation points and research technology routes.The second chapter is the definition of concept and the connotation and construction mechanism of modern agricultural industrial park.It mainly expounds the concept of fresh corn industrial chain and modern agricultural industrial park,and analyzes the connotation elements and the construction mechanism of modern agricultural industrial park.The third chapter is the current situation and problems of the construction of Tonghua County fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park.The fourth chapter is the design of the modern agricultural industrial park of fresh corn in Tonghua County,mainly including the idea,the goal and the principle,the design of the modern agricultural industrial park and so on.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to establish the modern agricultural industrial park of fresh corn in Tonghua County.According to the design mentioned in the fourth chapter,it puts forward feasible suggestions to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the establishment.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which is the main conclusion of the paper.This paper draws four main conclusions: first,Tonghua County has superior natural resources,good ecological environment,located in the golden corn belt,long history of corn production,sufficient planting experience and good industrial foundation.The leading industry of fresh corn has become the industrial support for local rural space people.At present,Tonghua County,based on the county-level modern agricultural industrial park of fresh corn,should strive to create a provincial industrial park,so as to accelerate the development of fresh corn industry,meet the agricultural development direction of the county,and meet the needs of local rural development for industry.Second,Tonghua County is faced with many problems in the process of establishing the provincial fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park,among which the outstanding problems are reflected in four aspects: the low industrial concentration of the park does not match the industrial node capacity,the low effectiveness of technical support,the high opportunity cost of planting links,and the insufficient mode of benefiting agriculture.These four outstanding problems hinder the smooth development of the industrial park at the basic level Exhibition.In the final analysis,the cause of the above four problems lies in the inadequacy of the overall design of the industrial park.Third,the paper thinks that the whole design of Tonghua County's provincial fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park needs to be carried out from the following five aspects: Industrial node design,technology integration plate design,policy system design,public service platform plate design,joint agricultural belt agriculture module design,so as to solve the bottleneck problem and promote the overall construction of the industrial park to improve.Fourth,in order to promote the establishment of the provincial fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park in Tonghua County,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: establish the correct development concept of the modern agricultural industrial park,promote the three-level brand construction,integrate capital investment,and improve the system and mechanism construction,so as to guarantee the smooth establishment of the provincial fresh corn modern agricultural industrial park in Tonghua County. |
