Study On Development Performance Evaluation Of Xiang Xi Modern Agricultural Park

Since 2004,China’s "No.1 Central Document" has continued to focus on agriculture,rural areas and farmers,explicitly stating the need to promote the development of agricultural industry,improve the rural production environment,improve the quality of life of farmers,and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.The construction and development of modern agricultural parks is an effective way to realize rural revitalization and accelerate agricultural transformation in China.To promote agricultural modernization,the weak spot lies in backward ethnic areas.Suggestions for the accurate poverty alleviation has a ground,is one of the important hinterland of Wuling Mountain area,in the industry,industries,and other are suggested for poverty alleviation policy support,in 2014 began to create modern agriculture park,driving the development of agricultural industry rapidly,promoting the farmers’ income effect is remarkable,so far in the state of various have implemented comprehensive poverty alleviation,entered the stage of stable development of agricultural economy.In this background,this article selects Suggestions for modern agricultural park as the research object,with Suggestions for 32 representative provincial modern agricultural park as the research sample,from the economic and social benefits,modernization level and the level of green development four dimensions to construct the performance evaluation system for the development,using principal component analysis method to measure performance on the overall development of the agricultural park.On this basis,it analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that :(1)modern agricultural parks in Xiangxi have a good development trend,and have made significant contributions to the realization of poverty alleviation in cities and counties,and laid a solid industrial foundation for promoting rural revitalization,improving the economic benefits of agricultural industry and realizing agricultural modernization.It is embodied in the continuous expansion of industrial scale in the park,the gradual diversification of park types,the diversification of new agricultural operation subjects,the gradually prominent brand benefits and the remarkable effect of promoting agricultural income.(2)At the present development stage,the parks in Xiangxi Prefeture are still faced with some problems,such as weak driving ability of the main body of the parks,unbalanced development of modern agricultural parks in Xiangxi Prefecture,obvious differentiation among counties,low overall development level of agricultural parks in Xiangxi Prefecture and weak sustainable development ability.(3)Further analysis shows that the relatively insufficient development of Xiangxi agricultural parks is related to its late start,low level of agricultural science and technology,and weak ability to attract investment and financing.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward,such as actively carrying out multi-party cooperation,promoting the integrated development of the three industries in the park,broadening the whole agricultural industry chain,focusing on improving the quality of agricultural products in the park,perfecting the interest connection mechanism,and enhancing the sustainable development capacity of the park,in order to further improve the development level of Xiangxi modern agricultural Park.
