With the continuous development of network,information and digitalization in economic society,e-commerce also comes into being.Rural e-commerce,a new poverty alleviation method,has become an important carrier to promote the development of rural economy and the formation of new forms of business in rural areas.The office of the leading group on poverty alleviation and Development under the State Council,in 2014,will formally include“Ecommerce poverty alleviation” in the poverty alleviation policy system,and carry out comprehensive demonstration work on e-commerce entering rural areas,and build a comprehensive platform for rural e-commerce services;The main aim of developing rural ecommerce is to increase farmers’ income and improve their lives.However,in this process,the lack of participation in rural e-commerce has become one of the important factors hindering the development of rural e-commerce.Therefore,it is very important to study the influencing factors of rural households’ use of rural e-commerce,which will not only help to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural and rural areas,but also help to create a systematic chain of industrial development,it also provides reference for further improving the development level of rural e-commerce.This paper takes z county as an example,taking z county farmers as the research object,using questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to collect data,through the analysis of difference and binary logistic regression analysis,the conclusions are as follows: education level,number of family labor force,annual per capita income of family,proficiency in computer operation,understanding of rural e-commerce,number of training,recognition of rural e-commerce marketing channels,recognition of rural e-commerce promoting local economic development,road facilities,network development,logistics facilities,the introduction of poverty alleviation policies,policy propaganda,training and lectures have a significant positive impact on the use of rural e-commerce by rural households in County Z;Age and the degree of influence of surrounding people using rural e-commerce have a negative effect on the use intention,while gender and the presence or absence of computers have no significant effect on the use intention.Based on the results of the study,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: to enhance farmers’ participation awareness and promote rural e-commerce continuously;to perfect the cultivation of talents and play the role of leaders;to strengthen the quality and content of training;We will improve the practical operation ability of farmers,implement supporting services and optimize the distribution structure,work with other parties to increase financial support,speed up the data construction of industrial chains,and improve the production and management system of agricultural products.
