With the declining fertility rate,the aging of the population has become increasingly serious.As the population ages,the ageing population continues to deepen,and the traditional family pension function weakens,the pension pressure of the residents and the society is increasing,and the residents' old age is protected.The basic life of the society and alleviation of the pressure of social pensions have become an important issue that China urgently needs to solve.Residents also urgently need to adopt institutional arrangements to solve the problem of living security.As an important part of China's social security system,the endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents plays an important strategic role in alleviating the pressure of old-age care,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,promoting social equity,and achieving urban-rural integration.Although the old-age insurance system for urban and rural residents has been implemented,there is still a problem of low level of contribution and involuntary participation in the issue of insurance participation.Our province is a large agricultural province with a large proportion of rural population.Therefore,in the implementation of the basic endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents,farmers' willingness to participate in insurance directly affects the sustainable development of the system.Therefore,only in-depth analysis of farmers' participation In order to guarantee the goodoperation and development of our province's urban residence insurance,we can only make targeted improvement plans for the protection behavior and its influencing factors.Based on the data of 1378 valid surveys in the township villages of Yongdeng County,Gansu Province,this paper uses factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis to empirically analyze the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in basic pension insurance for both urban and rural residents.The influencing factors of willingness provide first-line data for the development of basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents.This article is divided into five parts.The first part briefly discusses the research background,research significance,research methods,research status at home and abroad.The second part defines the relevant concepts of social endowment insurance for urban and rural residents and analyzes the theoretical basis of the research issue.The third part is to analyze the actual situation of farmers' insurance in Yongdeng County,Gansu Province,and to describe the statistical characteristics of the survey sample and the basic characteristics of the sample.The fourth part is based on the third part of the factor analysis and binary regression.Analysis,and draw the corresponding conclusions.The fifth part proposes corresponding policy recommendations on the basis of the empirical evidence in the fourth part.Through increasing publicity,theold-age insurance incentive policy is formulated,the standardized procedures of the handling agencies are standardized,the farmers' enthusiasm for participation in insurance is enhanced,and the basic urban and rural residents in our province are promoted.The development of endowment insurance will further promote the sustainable development of the endowment insurance system for urban and rural residents in our province.
