Employees are the core competitiveness of enterprises,is the creator of enterprise development,stable staff is the internal guarantee of healthy development of enterprises.Reasonable employee separation and separation rate is normal and beneficial,which can not only improve the work efficiency of employees,but also continuously introduce talents from the market,so as to keep human resources in a healthy state.However,frequent separation of core employees and important posts will not only increase the replacement cost of human resources,but also affect the cohesion of the enterprise and the stability of the team.High separation rate will increase the separation tendency of employees,so it becomes particularly important for enterprises to carry out employee separation management and maintain a reasonable separation rate.In recent years,under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,the trade war between China and the United States,air environmental protection policies,real estate policies and other factors,commercial vehicle sales have fallen off a cliff.In addition,small auto trade companies have mushroomed in various county markets,constantly eating into the market share of large commercial vehicle sales companies and reducing profit margins,leading to a decline in profits of the established commercial vehicle sales companies.The company suffered a huge loss.Enterprises take the initiative to lay off employees or reduce employee income,reduce the number of other ways to force employees to take the initiative to leave the phenomenon of frequent.This thesis takes W Commercial Vehicle Sales Company as the research object,designs the questionnaire and interview outline,and uses Price-Mueller(2000)Model,two-factor theory,psychological contract theory and job satisfaction theory conducted a comprehensive analysis of employee admission of W company,found the superficial and deep causes affecting employee admission,and proposed to optimize performance appraisal,employee promotion and corporate culture,so as to reduce employee admission rate and improve employee satisfaction.
