Dimissiona common problem that every enterprise has experienced.Peter Deruk once said: "enterprises have only one real resource--people." Every enterprise needs people to deal with many affairs,which determines that the enterprise has a strong dependence on people.Enterprises need people,and they need stable people.Personnel turnover is a human resource problem that all enterprises will encounter.Many enterprises are troubled by the high turnover rate of personnel.This paper expounds the related concepts and theories about turnover,and makes it clear that the research object is the core staff of JX company.This paper elaborates on the three factors that affect employee turnover,namely,environmental factors,personal factors and organizational factors,and introduces the relevant theory and evolution process of Price-Mueller(2000).Then,this paper introduces the overall situation of JXSH company,including the company's establishment background,development process,personnel composition,salary and welfare policies.It is pointed out that the company is facing difficulties in human resources: the turnover rate of core employees is increasing year by year.At the same time,it states the importance and urgency of solving this problem.In order to solve this problem,the paper designs a questionnaire on the factors of employee turnover,makes statistics on the data of the questionnaire,and analyzes the three main factors of employee turnover.Combining with Price-Mueller(2000)model,this paper focuses on the analysis of organizational factors,and obtains the four most influential factors on turnover intention from the perspective of employees.Finally,solutions are put forward for these factors.The key to the solution lies in the right remedy,the establishment of a fair and effective assessment,distribution mechanism,to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees.We should improve the level of remuneration and welfare,optimize the salary structure and improve the living standard of workers.Eliminating employee turnover intention and better maintaining the stability of the organization are of great significance to solve the existing problems in reality.
