Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Income And Countermeasures Of Increasing Income In Weifang City

Under the background of rural revitalization,the problem of farmers in agriculture and rural areas is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and the problem of farmers is the core of the "three rural issues".To realize rural revitalization,it is necessary to focus on the income of farmers,so increasing farmers’ income is the fundamental starting point and foothold to solve the "three rural issues".With the progress of society and the development of the times,although the farmers’ income in Weifang is on the rise as a whole,there are still many outstanding problems such as slow and unstable growth of farmers’ income and large income gap between urban and rural areas.Therefore,this paper focuses on Weifang City,hoping that the specific research results can bring effective practical reference significance to the increase of farmers’ income in Weifang City,effectively improve farmers’ sense of acquisition and happiness,and also provide theoretical reference for relevant departments to formulate rural development policies,and promote rural revitalization in Weifang City on the basis of promoting farmers’ income increase and agricultural economic growth.This paper summarizes the macro data related to farmers’ income in Weifang from 2006 to 2021,and analyzes the existing problems of farmers’ income in Weifang according to the collected data.Then,the factors affecting farmers’ income increase are summarized by literature analysis,and a questionnaire is made accordingly.This paper investigates farmers in Weifang through field visits and questionnaires distributed through the Internet,and makes an orderly Logit empirical analysis of the survey data with the help of SPSS software.Finally,it is found that there are significant positive effects on the annual income of farmers’ families in terms of education level,physical health status,cultivated land area,mechanization level,network use,work situation,convenient transportation,participation in agricultural cooperatives,and vocational skills training for farmers.However,age,the total number of families,the convenience of irrigation,whether they enjoy social security,whether they enjoy agricultural subsidies,and the willingness to actively increase their income have no significant influence on the annual income of farmers’ families.Finally,on the basis of the above research results,it is proposed to strengthen rural education investment and improve the quality of rural human capital;Leading enterprises help to realize human return and feedback;Improve the new rural public health system to provide protection for farmers’ health;Improve rural infrastructure,improve farmers’ living standards and other income-increasing measures for Weifang City.
