Research On Quality Management Optimization Of S Company’s Production Process

With the expansion of LED packaging industry at home and abroad,manufacturers pay more and more attention to LED packaging products.Manufacturers have higher and higher demand for the quality of such products,but the quality of its manufacturing process is often unable to effectively guarantee.At present,S Company,as an LED semiconductor packaging company,has such problems.Based on the relevant theories of quality management and combined with actual work experience in S Company,this paper deeply explores the quality management optimization scheme in the production process of S Company.First of all,after studying the relevant literature and theoretical methods of production process quality management,the status quo of S company’s production process quality management is generally analyzed,which mainly includes product types,production process and inspection process,company quality management documents,quality department’s quality objective operation and process quality evaluation.In determining whether the process quality is stable,collect the historical data of S company’s production of unqualified products,use Minitab software to draw the SPC statistical process control chart,calculate its process capability index(Cp),the results show that the process quality is unstable and there is insufficient process capability,point out from the perspective of statistical data should be timely improved.Then,a survey was conducted on the production site,and 5M1 E analysis method was used to find out the problems in six aspects of human,machine,raw material,method,test and environment that need to be improved.Then,optimization measures were proposed for these problems one by one.In terms of personnel,strengthen quality awareness and increase skill training;In the machinery,the establishment of equipment maintenance system,improve the supervision mechanism;In terms of methods,quality targets are refined and statistical data are controlled.In terms of materials,strengthen supplier relationship management and establish supplier evaluation system;In the aspect of measurement,improve the inspection ability and management system;In the aspect of environment,the environmental management system should be optimized and the awareness of environmental maintenance should be strengthened.Finally,PDCA cycle model was introduced for continuous improvement,and improvement effect evaluation scheme was proposed.The optimization measures proposed by the paper are helpful for S company to improve quality management,reduce customer complaints,achieve customer satisfaction and improve its competitive position.At the same time,by studying the production process quality management of LED packaging enterprises,it further extends the existing research scope of process quality management,which has certain practicability and has certain reference value for other LED semiconductor packaging enterprises to improve the production process quality management ability.
