| Today,with development of enterprise informatization,more and more enterprises have chosen to implement ERP.The EBS system successfully implemented by WD Group is exactly the enterprise financial management in enterprise resource planning(people flow,logistics,financial flow,information flow).It is an important part of the process,but the successful implementation of ERP is only an important milestone in enterprise information management.In addition to paying attention to whether the implementation of the ERP project successfully achieves the expected goals,enterprises also need to consider how to carry out the system operation and maintenance work after the implementation.Operation and maintenance is an important process of enterprise informatization construction.As we all know,ITIL theory is an important theoretical support for domestic and foreign enterprises to build operation and maintenance service management systems,and IT service management is the core content of ITIL theory.WD Group EBS system operation and maintenance architecture The establishment of EBS is based on IT service management.This paper introduces the ITIL framework and the content of IT service management,and also introduces the EBS system operation and maintenance architecture built by the group based on IT service management.After building the basic system operation and maintenance service architecture,problems in system operation and maintenance management also come one after another.This research work takes the WD Group EBS system operation and maintenance project as the case study object.In addition to introducing the WD Group EBS system operation and maintenance project In addition to maintaining the status quo,I also summarize some management problems encountered in the actual operation and maintenance work based on my practical experience in the operation and maintenance work.These management problems mainly include: repetitive work problems,database operation management problems,and audit risk management.Problems,personnel management problems,demand management problems,integrated data quality problems,and for these problems,through the summary in actual work,and the reference of the IT operation and maintenance problems summarized by predecessors,provide some solutions.The final conclusion is that while establishing an independent operation and maintenance system,enterprises need to standardize their daily work as much as possible,both for personnel management and project management.The standardized process can help enterprises sort out the problems in the operation and maintenance process.Only after standardization can enterprises On this basis,continue to innovate and support the enterprise’s longevity. |
