| Recently years,with the rapid development of information technology,global informatization,A rapid increase in the Internet Co,such as electricity,communications,games and other popular areas occupy a major market share.Data center,as a background service support system,business increasingly depend on the backend server stability,maintenance and management of data center management to support needs upgrade.The expansion and construction of Internet Co's game system is increasing.On this basis,how to ensure effective return on investment is a serious consideration for all practitioners.This will increase support for the company's overall operating performance.Obviously,the improvement of service level must come from more scientific and efficient operation and maintenance management.H company was founded in 1995,since the releasing of several large 3D games in 2009,game players increased fastly,the surge of business data center(hereinafter referred to IDC)game server,database,storage,network game system hardware expansion,high availability and disaster recovery,the stable of game system is self-evident,the interruption in game which result in big economic losses can be accurate to the second level,therefore,the IDC operation service have higher requirements.However,the maintenance system in H company is still stuck in an old habits,for example,significant changes will not be noticed to the people who worked for game operation,network architecture,,database,,the main game server contain too much single point hidden danger,no filing habits after updating,some business maintenance still need manual operation and the paper process,operation and maintenance management level is far behind the current business volume.This article refers to the ITIL management system(IT infrastructure library management system,the essence of which is to standardize the relevant management design),and conducts a case analysis of prominent issues in the operation and maintenance of the game business system of H company and its management,and proposes to enhance its IDC operation and maintenance level management strategy.The paper starts with the concept of IDC operation and maintenance management and ITIL theoretical framework,analyzes the management scope and related basic concepts of IDC operation and maintenance work,and determines the theoretical basis of this paper;Second,the operation and maintenance of each game system of H company.The status quo of management was studied,and the management problems in the areas of current processes,work efficiency,and job quantification were analyzed and elaborated,and the necessity and feasibility of introducing ITIL management system to H online game companies were clarified.Again,the thesis took ITIL theoretical framework and Based on the basic knowledge of the operation andmaintenance management of IDC,the company proposes optimization strategies and solutions for the problems in the operation and maintenance management of the case department.Finally,based on the actual situation of the operation and maintenance department of H company,it proposes operational suggestions on how to implement the aforementioned optimization plan..The author believes that through the introduction of the ITIL management system,H company will establish a set of operation and maintenance service processes characterized by standardized management and scientific management,which will effectively enhance the efficiency and service level of the operation and maintenance department.The conclusions and recommendations drawn from this study are also of reference to ITIL project management practices of other Internet game companies.They provide experience for ITIL implementation of optimization of IDC operation and maintenance management,enhance the effectiveness of ITIL implementation,and can be used as ITIL in the Internet in China.The common problems of IDC operation and maintenance management in the game industry,especially the game industry,provide solutions and reference. |
