As an artificial scenic spot for leisure and entertainment,the theme parks attracts tourists of different classes and ages with its unique amusement,participation,and high degree of subjectivity.At present,it has become a very important part of the modern leisure tourism industry.After more than 30 years of development of theme parks in China,there have appeared nearly 3000 theme parks through China.With the development of science and technology and people’s in-depth exploration of thematic images,there is increasing technology content of theme parks and the varities of their its techniques of characteristics together with the salience of such characteristics as thematic and entertaining.Selecting the theme park as their destination for entertainment has become the main travel choice for more and more people.Based on the tourism system theory,tourism experience theory,and tourist area life cycle theory,this paper applies such research methods as literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis to study the countermeasures for improving the tourist satisfaction to the amusement theme park which is the most representative types of theme parks.In the light of the investigation on the satisfaction of tourists in Zhengzhou Fangte Happy World,this paper aims to find the countermeasures for improving tourist satisfaction to the amusement theme park.In terms of the design of questionnaie,the thesis aims to study the satisfaction of tourists to the park from five dimensions,namely,amusement experience,service management,health environment,information signs and amusement consumption,with three questions in each dimension.In terms of data analysis method,this thesis uses SPSS(27.0)and Excel to collate and analyze the data collected repectively,drawing a conclusion of such problems in ticket prices,amusement projects,and service management in Zhengzhou Fante Happy World.Subsequently,based on the problems found,the thesis proposed countermeasures to improve tourist satisfaction in amusement theme parks.These five countermeasures have theoretical and practical significance in such aspects as the product transformation,brand expansion,and service quality improvement of amusement theme parks.
