Evaluation And Development Of Leisure Agriculture Resources In Bayi District Of Linzhi City

Leisure agriculture is a new industrial structure combining agriculture and the tertiary industry.It is a good way to promote rural development,increase farmers’ income and realize rural revitalization.At present,the development of leisure agriculture in Linzhi City is relatively shallow,but the development resources are rich.As the main development area of agriculture and tourism in Linzhi City,Bayi District is of great significance to study the evaluation and development of leisure agriculture resources in Bayi District.In this context,based on the current situation of leisure agriculture in Bayi District of Linzhi City,this paper studies the development,development mode and development of leisure agriculture in Linzhi City:1.Literature summary method and field research method were adopted,the development status of leisure agriculture in Bayi District of Linzhi City was summarized to lay the foundation for subsequent evaluation and analysis;2.Referring to the national standard ’Classification,investigation and evaluation of tourism resources’(GB/T18972-2017),the agritourism resources in Bayi District of Linzhi City are divided into 7 main categories,17 subcategories and 51 basic types.Based on the tourism evaluation scoring criteria,through the expert scoring method,3 resources of grade 5,8 resources of grade 4,20 resources of grade 3,73 resources of grade 2 and 139 resources of grade 1 are obtained;3.The evaluation index system constructed by AHP includes 1 target layer,3 criterion layers,7 sub criterion layers and 30 indexes.This paper uses saaty’s method to make a questionnaire on the importance of the evaluation index of leisure agriculture resources in Bayi District of Linzhi City.Through the questionnaire distributed to relevant practitioners and industry experts,the results are summarized to obtain the judgment matrix and index weight.It is concluded that the highest proportion of each level is basic conditions,location conditions and traffic conditions;4.According to the previous experience and relevant national standards,the evaluation criteria and scoring criteria are constructed for the selected evaluation indicators and then combined with the data and data obtained from field research,the townships are scored and the results are obtained.The first-level resource conditions are Mirui Township and Bayi Town,the second-level resource conditions are Linzhi Town and Bujiu Township,and the third-level resource conditions are Baiba Town and Gengzhangmenba Ethnic Township;5.According to the evaluation results,it is found that the existing park of leisure agriculture resource development in Bayi District of Linzhi City is seriously homogenized.Supporting facilities are not perfect;resource co-ordination is not in place,development management is not standardized;lack of leisure agriculture professionals;the market size is small and the industrial chain is not formed.It is recommended to coordinate the allocation of regional resources to achieve sustainable development;increase publicity channels and enhance market influence;further increase policy support and form a good development environment;cultivate professional talent team,improve the level of leisure agriculture management business.This text regards the leisure agriculture in Bayi District of Linzhi City as the research object,and its research can provide an empirical case for the development of leisure agriculture resources,and provide theoretical guidance and policy basis for the development of leisure agriculture in other regions.
