products exports to China is of strategic significance to the development of Thailand’s foreign trade.Over the past few years,the governments of China and Thailand have continuously expanded bilateral economic and trade cooperation,and bilateral economic and trade exchanges have kept growing.With the increase of the demand for Thai agricultural products in the Chinese market,the corresponding export volume of Thai agricultural products is also increasing,and the logistics transportation of Thailand’s export trade to China has become particularly important.J Company was established in 2013,mainly engaged in fruit production and sales,is a relatively mature agricultural export enterprise,currently has 3 orchard planting bases,but there are still problems in the logistics system of exporting to China and need to be optimized.China and Thailand enjoy a time-honored and solid friendship,and China is a very important trading partner of Thailand.The main export market of Thailand’s agricultural products in the Chinese market,the corresponding export volume of Thai agricultural products is also increasing,and the logistics transportation of Thailand’s export trade to China has become particularly important,and the problems existing in its logistics system need to be optimized and solved.At present,some scholars have studied the logistics operation risk,logistics system evaluation,risk control and development trend of Thai companies,and analyzed and studied a specific risk in a certain export field and put forward opinions,but the logistics problems existing in the whole logistics process and the results of analysis and evaluation are rare or insufficient.Taking J Company of Thailand as an example,this paper studies the logistics problems and analysis and evaluation in the whole logistics process of J Company’s product export to China.This paper describes the general situation of J Company’s export trade and logistics to China,and makes statistics on the annual operating income and the amount of operating income exported to China,the number of trade logistics of fruit exported to China and the main modes of logistics transportation;By means of investigation and research,this paper investigates the existing problems of J Company’s export logistics and conducts a questionnaire survey on the internal and external evaluation of J Company’s export logistics to China.It is found that the problems affecting J Company’s export logistics to China mainly include warehousing,transportation,information and packaging.The main reasons are the backward development of logistics transport channel infrastructure,the complicated import and export customs clearance procedures and the high cost,the lack of management ability of J company and the limitation of logistics cost.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to carry out internal evaluation of the logistics system of Company J,establish the structure level of the evaluation system,and establish a judgment matrix to compare the relative importance of each element of the first-level index.It is concluded that the decision-making management of Company J attaches the highest importance to the transportation index,among which the transportation cycle is the most important,followed by accurate delivery and traffic capacity.The second is to pay more attention to the storage index,among which the storage cost is concerned,and the last is the information level;The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the external logistics system of Company J,and Company J ranks the third among the five competing companies,with the highest overall index score,the lowest transportation index score,the lower information score,and the medium level of packaging and warehousing.According to the research results,this paper provides optimization suggestions for the future development and optimization of J Company’s logistics system,so as to obtain long-term stable development and corresponding economic benefits for J Company.In terms of transportation,it is necessary to rationally select logistics transportation routes and formulate corresponding plans,improve the ability of employees of J Company,standardize the logistics transportation system of J company,and cooperate with competitors in the industry to improve logistics efficiency.In warehousing,it is necessary to improve the construction of warehouse infrastructure,as well as standardized warehouse management and professional personnel training;In terms of information,it is necessary to speed up the construction of logistics information platform,improve the efficiency of logistics information feedback,and carry out information security management;In terms of packaging,proper packaging of fruit products plays an important role in the quality control of J Company’s exported fruit products.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the detailed analysis of the specific logistics situation of J Company’s fruit export to China,and the problems existing in the logistics system of J Company’s fruit export to China are divided into four parts,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.Then,based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the weights of evaluation indicators are calculated,the internal and external results of J Company’s logistics system evaluation
